Romesco Roast Chicken
Fancy a change from the usual Sunday roast? This recipe is for you!


  • 1 pack of Taste Collectiv Romesco;
  • 1 medium chicken, we try to use free range as the flavour is much better; and
  • Vegetables to serve, we used baby roast potatoes and broccoli, but just choose your favourites.


  1. Coat the chicken in the Romesco sauce;
  2. Cook in a medium oven for the time suggested on the chicken for its weight; and
  3. Serve with your choice of vegetables.
We love this Spanish style roast chicken. The crispy skin coating is delicious with all the flavours of smoky paprika and sweet roasted piquillo peppers.
