Chermoula Chicken Tagine
This is perfect to chuck in the slow cooker.


  • 1 pack Taste Collectiv Chermoula;
  • 8 chicken thighs (on the bone or off the bone is up to you);
  • 1 litre of chicken stock;
  • Small handful of fresh coriander;
  • Small handful of flaked almonds; and
  • Rice or couscous, pitta bread and yoghurt to serve.


  1. In the morning before you start your day, brown off the chicken in a frying pan with a little oil;
  2. Put the chicken, chermoula and stock into the slow cooker on a low heat;
  3. Leave for the day;
  4. Prior to serving top with the fresh coriander and almonds; and
  5. Serve with rice or couscous and yoghurt with pitta.
Simply put this in the slow cooker in the morning before you start the day, for a lovely comforting supper when you get home. This can be done on the hob, simply supervise on a low heat until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
