Chermoula Cauliflower Couscous
This peppery salad is vegan and gluten free, requires no cooking, is super nutritious and yummy! 


  • 1 pack of Taste Collectiv Chermoula;
  • 1 head of cauliflower, main stalk removed and cut into florets;
  • 1 pomegranate;
  • 100g sunflower seeds;
  • 1 small bunch of fresh coriander.


  1. Put the cauliflower pieces in a food processor and 'pulse' until the pieces are the size of rice grains;
  2. Tip into large bowl, and the pomegranate, sunflower seeds, and chermoula, stir;
  3. Roughly chop the fresh coriander and add in to the salad;
  4. Serve and enjoy!

This salad works well with grilled meat or fish, but for a lighter lunch add some feta and olives.
