Harissa Salmon

An easy weekday dinner, simple, but delivers massive flavour.


1 pack of Taste Collectiv Harissa;
4 fresh salmon fillets;
Vegetables to serve, we used baby roast potatoes, green beans and salad.


Coat the salmon fillets in the harissa;
Place under a medium grill, for 10 minutes, or until cooked though;
Serve with your choice of vegetables.
