Chermoula Prawn and Wild Rice Salad

1 pack of Taste Collectiv [Chermoula|]
500g cooked tiger prawns
100g wild rice mix (we used biona)
50g pumpkin seeds
Avocado and salad leaves to serve


1.Cook the rice mix as per the manufacturer's instructions and leave to cool
2.Stir together the cooked rice, prawns, pumpkin seeds and Taste Collectiv [Chermoula|]
3.Serve with avocado slices and salad leaves
