Chermoula prawns

Chermoula Prawn Pitta

An easy weekday dinner, light, quick and yummy.

Ingredients

1 pack of Taste Collectiv Chermoula;
Raw large prawns (we allowed approx 12 per sandwich);
2 pitta bread;
Rocket or salad leaves;
Plain yoghurt or creme fraiche to serve.

Instructions

Coat the prawns in the chermoula;
We skewered the prawns on some cocktail sticks to make them easier to turn in the pan, but this is optional;
Pan fry the prawns on a high heat until they go pink (2-3 minutes)
Assemble your pitta, layering salad with the yoghurt and prawns.
