Chermoula Cauliflower Couscous

This peppery salad is vegan and gluten free, requires no cooking, is super nutritious and yummy!

Ingredients

1 pack of Taste Collectiv Chermoula;
1 head of cauliflower, main stalk removed and cut into florets;
1 pomegranate;
100g sunflower seeds;
1 small bunch of fresh coriander.

Instructions

Put the cauliflower pieces in a food processor and 'pulse' until the pieces are the size of rice grains;
Tip into large bowl, and the pomegranate, sunflower seeds, and chermoula, stir;
Roughly chop the fresh coriander and add in to the salad;
Serve and enjoy!
