Charred Broccoli and Cauliflower with Romesco

Prep Time: 10 minutes


1 pack of Taste Collectiv [Romesco|]
1 small head of broccoli cut into little florets
1 small head of cauliflower cut into little florets
Flaked almonds to garnish


Prepare the vegetables, cutting both into small florets
Heat up a dry frying pan on a high heat (it needs to be really hot to get the charring effect)
Put the florets into the pan tossing when they start to char. Do this until they are well coloured.
Turn off the pan
Smear the [Romesco|] on the plate and pile the charred vegetables on top.
Garnish with the flaked almonds
